• Northern Pike
  The native Northern Pike abound in Shabumeni Lake. The lake has 2 inlet rivers and 1 outlet river that provide for great early season fishing. Along with countless bays and islands are numerous deep water reefs for excellent warm weather fishing.
• Walleye
  Shabumeni Lake is known for its Walleye population. The lake is narrow, approx. 13 miles long with numerous small islands and rock reefs that offer a great deal of structure for large Walleye.

  Let us fly you to remote Shabumeni Lake accessable only by air. Shabumeni Wilderness Outposts is situated on a hill overlooking the pristine lake. Great early season and warm weather fishing for walleye and northern pike.

  Need to get away? Shabu Wilderness Outposts is the destination for you! Fly-in to remote Shabumeni Lake and have a fishing adventure of a lifetime. Modern fully equipped cabins with hot/cold running water and showers.
• Access to Lodge / Fly-In
  Access to outpost is fly-in only. We fly you to Shabu Wilderness Outposts from Ear Falls, Ontario - approximately 60 air miles which is about a 30 minute flight.
• Air Services / Float Planes
  Fly-in on a Twin Beech 18 or Cessna 180 float plane. Our air servce has an excellent reputation based on our customer service. We are reliable and safety is out priority. Cost of air service included in package plan.
• Housekeeping Units
  2 modern cabins with solar powered lights, hot/cold running water, showers, gas grill, propane fish cooker, wood burning stove, propane refrigerator and fully equipped kitchen.
• Package Plan
  Package plan available for 3- 7 days. Our packages include fully equipped cabin, boats and motors equipped with back rests, round trip float plane service from our base in Ear Falls, your conservation fishing license, lake maps, ice for coolers.
• Capacity / Total; Persons Per Night
  Outpost can accomodate up to 12 people in modern fully equipped cabins for 3-7 nights.

  Conservation fishing has kept our fisheries pristine for great walleye and northern pike. Furnished items include boats, motors, seat cushions, minnow buckets, and gas.
