We welcome you to experience the great Northern Ontario outdoors adventure with us.

In our very remote 630sq k.m area, we offer you a full package bear hunt. With a ratio ranging from 20 up to 40 bears per 100 sq k.m, we guarantee a memorable hunt for every hunter. From your tree stand or ground blind you will see, photograph, film and shoot black bears.

100% of our time is dedicated for your comfort, meals and especially for your hunt.

We are proud, dedicated and passionate bear hunters ourselves and we want to see you on more hunting trips for years to come.

Services / Accommodations

• American Plan
  Our guests stay inn one of our 4 cabins, one of which has a three piece bathroom. All have electricity. Guests will join us in our main cabin for their home cooked meals. Our guests eat well during their stay at Big Bear Outfitter.
• Access to Lodge / Drive-In
  Big Bear Outfitter is accessible by vehicle.
• Guides / Hunting
  Our bear guides are seasoned hunters from this area, Frederick and Francois Veilleux are co-owners of Big Bear Outfitter.
• Capacity / Number of Cottages
  We have 4 cabins available to our guests as part of the American Plan package that includes your prepared meals in our main cabin.
