At Auld Reekie we boast some of the best snowmobile trails that the North East has to offer. Trails leave right from your cottage door! We offer retail gas and oil on site as well as a licnesed dinning room. With both the Sturgeon and Montreal rivers righ in our back yard we are naturally a world class canoeing area. We can offer you completely outfitted and guided canoe trip or you can do it yourself. Please contact us for details. With countless kilometers of abandoned mining and logging roads your A.T.V adventure can be as long as you would like. If you don't have an A.T.V contact us and we will arrange for a rental for you. Let us fly you to a remote lake accessable only by air. Once there you can make came and enjoy nature the way it was intended. One on One. Take advantage of our annual 5 to 8 feet of snowfall. Walleye fishing is outstanding in our area. Our lodge lake offers over 36 miles of shoreline and max depths of 150'. This is where the big ones hide. If none stop action is more your thing then try your hand at one of our seven other Walleye lakes The native Northern Pike abound in our area waters. With over a dozen Northern Pike lakes available to you we are truly a pike paradise! Nothing is quite as exciting as watching a Smallmouth Bass burst through the surface of the water while attacking your top water bait. Canadian sport fishing has ranked our Bass lakes in the top five that Ontario has to offer! Lake trout are found in our lodge lake as well as our outpost lakes. Our fly in outpost offers some of the best Lake trout action available anywhere in Ontario. While they are not always big there is a seemingly endless supply! We offer very good speckled trout fishing at our remote fly in outposts. There you will find a base lake that offers very good Lake trout fishing and three more hike in lakes that will provide endless Speckled trout opportunities. Nature and Adventures
Explore our ancient fur trading routes while taking a canoe trip through the heart of the Lady Evelyn Smoothwater Wilderness Park. Watch closely as this trip will pass by anciet communities that have not seen a sole inover 50 years! Hunting

With our remote fly in outpost network you can do just that. This is the place where the phones don't ring and the fish do bite! We employ only experienced guides at Auld Reekie to assure your satisfaction All our guests are welcome to enjoy a meal in our licensed dinning room. Meals are served from our outstanding menu our experienced kitchen staff will guarantee your satisfaction. After three generations of tourism and wilderness experience you can count on us to provide the expertise you will need for a flawlessly outfitted vacation. We are very easy to reach. Only a 7 hour drive north of Tornoto the roads are paved right to our driveway. We belive the adventure while you are with us and not the drive to us! Our main lodge is open from 6:30 am to 9:00 pm.
